If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will guide you through the return process, including the return address and any required details.

3. Once we receive the item in its original condition (unused and with original packaging), we’ll process your refund or exchange as per your preference.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Yes, we regularly restock popular items. If a product is marked as “Out of Stock,” it may become available again soon. We recommend:

• Clicking the “Notify Me” button  on the product page to get an alert when it's back in stock.

• Or contacting us via WhatsApp to ask about the expected restock date.

Please note that some limited-edition or clearance items may not be restocked once sold out.

We currently deliver orders all over Pakistan — to all major cities and towns via trusted courier partners.
